PrePick helps schools, PTAs and clubs collect preorders. We collect as little as possible and use it only to run those events.
We never sell your information.
Your personal information is not sold to anyone, for any reason.
No advertisers.
We do not share information with advertisers or ad networks.
No unrelated marketing.
Participant information is never used for marketing unrelated to the preorder events you join.
What we use it for.
Your name, email and orders are used only for signing in, managing preorders, sending reminders, purchasing and distribution on event day.
Service providers.
Necessary infrastructure providers may process limited information to host the app, sign you in, store data and deliver email.
Group organizers.
Admins and organizers of a group see participant information only as needed to run that group's preorder events. Pickup volunteers see names, tags and selected items — not emails or costs.
What we don't collect.
PrePick does not ask for your address, birthdate, phone number, or medical or allergy information.
Deleting your account.
You can delete your account anytime from Account settings. Upcoming orders are canceled, your name and email are removed, and only anonymous totals remain in past event statistics.
